Regional Graduate Scholarship Program
The Regional Graduate Scholarship reduces out-of-state tuition from $1,430/credit hour to $710/ credit hour for Fall 2018 admitted students from Vermont, Rhode Island, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, and Pennsylvania.

NEBHE Scholarships
The NEBHE Scholarship allows students from New England States to attend the University of Maine at a reduced rate, if the program of study is not available in their home state. NEBHE eligible students relieve a tuition break, reducing out-of-state tuition rate for a full time course load. See current tuition rates at the Bursar’s Office website.*
