Susan Bryand teaches Visual Art at Bangor High School. She focuses on making connections among ideas, media, and people. She has a passion for bringing awareness to everyday life through engagement in the art-making process, collaboration, and interaction with hand-made objects.
Rachel Church is an artist and printmaker currently living in Portland, Maine. She holds a B.A. in Art from the University of Southern Maine, with a concentration in Printmaking and Entrepreneurial Studies, and is currently working to complete a Bachelors of Fine Arts. In 2008, she spent time as an intern at the Engine House Press, on the island of Vinalhaven, Maine. After graduation, she spent a year printing with the Peregrine Press in Portland, thanks to the Kate Mahoney Memorial Scholarship. She currently creates at Running with Scissors Studios in Portland, Maine, and at the University of Southern Maine.
Josh Couturier did his undergrad in the New Media program, and now is currently in the IMFA program. Josh has a lengthy audio and video background. His previous works of the last 10 years have been mixed between solo works and collaborative audio and video pieces. Anna Martin is a maker from Maine. She holds a B.F.A. in Illustration from the Rhode Island School of Design and is a second year student in the IMFA program. Anna is interested exploring many methods of making within her practice, currently she is developing work that incorporates paper craft with items from her lived everyday.
